I am 30 years old.
5 years ago I weighed 192.
I did a Dr. Poon no-carb-diet and lost 35 pds.
After a year I was back up to 182.
Started programs like INSANITY, P90x, T-25 and loved them. Dropped to 168.
Now I joined a gym and hired a personal trainer who introduced me to this site - goal is 150.
Have tried many different diets: No carb, carb cycling, high fat, less calories. Carb cycling has worked the best. Giving myself a cheat day once every two weeks also has helped me to maintain the weight loss.
I weigh more than what I look. It's not about the number. It's about how you feel and the clothes you fit into.
