I'm a night shift nurse and need to lose a little before my back gives out on me. I don't want to be the typical night shift nurse...either hopped up on Red Bull or 80# overweight...and I'd like to be a little closer to a "normal BSI" before having children. Unfortunately, I work 48-72 hrs a week on a travel assignment, which leaves little time for me to prepare weigh-burning meals, or have the energy to work it off after...work!! Any suggestions would be great...I have briefly tried the Atkins Diet in the past, (when I actually worked days), and couldn't handle it...very crabby and my husband made me finally eat some carbs after 2 days!! WOW!!! I'd like to NOW start something lean, healthy, but flavorful and filling since I will no longer be temped with Christmas! Please help!! ?:)
