hello, i am a 41 year old happily married man, we have 4 kids ages 16 to 6, 3 boys 16, 15, and 6 and 1 daughter 11 years old. i have recently been diagnosed with something similar to tennis elbow, my pinky and ring finger of my right hand have the feeling of being sleep and very little strength. so working out is kinda limited at the moment. most of my exercise comes from chasing after the kids lol.
