I'm an educator in Florida. I just moved back to the U.S. after living in Japan for four years. I lost almost 70 pounds while I was in Japan, but I am finding it hard to maintain weight, let alone lose, since moving back. I need to seriously count my calories to keep on track. Also, while I was in Japan, I learned that I have an issue with my pancreas not processing carbohydrates the way it should, so I am trying to be more cognizant of my carb intake - which is hard after a lifetime of bread addiction! Cheers to a future of paying closer attention to my nutrition!
