I love being here in Japan, but unfortunately I also love the food and the drink... a lot :) . Problem is, I have a girlfriend who is way to sweet and in shape to be going out with a guy who doesn't look after himself. So I decided that whilst we are quarantined apart, I would lose the weight so I don't have to be over twice her weight anymore lol.
I'm not going to lie, I enjoy a good drink although I hate to get drunk, which nicely balances out that problem. I also love trying new food, but luckily am content to replace that with a little fun home cooking and taking control of my diet better.
So, this is how I decided to lose weight, simply cook one big delicious high protein meal every day, then jog 5km in 30 minutes every day (that took a while to get used to), then finish with a big bowl of banana and yoghurt every day. Give it a few hours then a couple of drinks to wind down.
I'm not perfect but I'm motivated :)
