I'm a mother of 4,memaw to 3.About 7 months ago relocated for the first time in 36 years for a new and wonderful relationship with a wonderful man!But now I am about an hour and a half away from my family.It's been an adjustment,but it was the best and right choice for me.
I started Atkins on Feb. 13th 20011.I'm doing this with my duaghter,so there are lots of daily phone calls...lol! For years I was lucky enough to weigh between 120 and 135 and eat whatever I wanted.About 8 years ago,I injured my back and was off work for a year.After that I made some bad choices and my weight flew up!Plus the fact that I'm a major foodie,doesn't help..lol.
This is the first diet that I've been able not to cheat on and I'm very happy with this choice.Now,I'm working on being happy with who I see in the mirror and not getting so bummed out when trying on clothes in the store...it's really depressing,everything makes me look fatter and older!
Going to start walking soon on a pretty regular basis.I'm very excited about all of this!!!
