I've just joined recently and getting stuck right in to my weight loss journey. I started off as 168 pounds on 29th May and am 5'3 so according to my BMI I was bordering on obese. My goal is to drop down to the lower end of normal BMI so I'm determined to lose around 60 pounds in total and build up my endurance. I badly want to fit into my old clothes again.
I'm from Scotland, and due to the Covid lockdown, I bought a cross trainer for the house. Safe to say I'm shredding the sh** out of it and determined to keep going!
I also use a waist trainer, fat burning cream, and multiple supplements to try and get my metabolism going, including matcha green tea, glucomannan, ginger, guarana etc etc. I got the fat genes in the family and I'm in my thirties so my metabolism needs a little help! I'm trying to stick to the one litre of water per 25kg rule, so around 3 litres of water a day, spread out. I've also started calorie counting as I'm a softie for anything sweet, but since starting this I've not had too many cravings which is ideal.
