I am a 48 year old woman, with what I call a "chunky body" since I remember.
The only time I lost weight is when my mom passed away and because I was taking some sort of pills which latter on were banned in my country.
I was diagnosed with thyroide problems in 2008, my brother has hight blood pression and my sisters are diabetic and with high blood pressure too.
I got the message, so I signed on a gym. I had no idea how to workout. Eventually I lost almost 35 pounds..and gained them back again.
I hit the 237 lbs,2 pounds more than year 2008.
NO, THIS NEEDS TO STOP NOW.
I CAN NOT DO THIS TO MY BODY!!
WHY DESTROY THE BEST DESIGNED MACHINE ON THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE??
So here I am, followign a diet (low carbs, eating every 3 hours, 3 meals and 2 snacks) going to the gym and hoping to say" I USED TO BE FAT" one day.
This is the greatest moment in my life, I feel confident, disciplined and focused on my goals.
I know is only me, myself and I who can make it!! AND I WILL!!
