Gained 30pds after getting married not even 2yrs ago. I have 20 left to lose & going on a cruise middle of Sept. HELP !!
When younger I worked out at least 5x's a week. I stopped doing this around five years ago & now hate the way I look.
Started back at the gym a month ago but progress is SO much slower now. As you can tell I am trying to come to terms with age..........
