Really enjoy working in my wood shop, driving the '73 Mustang, camping, and getting out in the boat to do some fishing now and then! Love football (both American and soccer), enjoy watching baseball basketball (NBA during the playoffs, college always). Father of a 19 year old young man who is literally the pride of my life. Have a long-time girlfriend who I love dearly!

I have been in to playing sports and fitness since I was five years old. Was in nearly the best shape of my life in 2020. When COVID hit, fell of the fitness bandwagon and packed on 20 pounds in all the wrong places. Looking to get back at it, and lean on the Fat Secret community for support when needed!
