Hi!
I've been struggling with weight all my adult life.
I was 48, then 55, then 65, then 68 and just untill last december 84.
But this time with the fat i got the present of high blood pressure.
So this time is not just about looking good is about being healthy.
So my heart doctor told me to loose till may 10 kg.....so let this journey begin....and wish me good luck!
