The cheesecake and carbonara was a guess since it was home-made by the parents. I think I have over-estimated but I'd rather over-estimate than under-estimate.

Had a protein shake with the turkey last night, far too many grams of protein and with the combination of carbs, my stomach was not happy. Aiming for around 30 - 50 grams of protein and high GI carbs after training, I definitely exceeded that last night which isn't good at all.

Major amount of carbohydrates today, certainly don't feel bloated as a result but still need to keep it around the 200 grams mark. Protein was spot on today which is cool and fat was relatively low. Maybe need to lower the sugar a little but at least the majority is coming from natural sources.
Cut out the small beans on toast snack and I think that would've kept things a little more balanced. Overall my average daily intake/expenditure is still pretty good.

Breakfast was great, got rid of one of the egg yolks, in fact, I may get rid of egg yolks almost entirely but need to keep a small amount of fat in my food overall.
Lunch was a little too big. Could do with halving the contents of the wrap and maybe halving the wrap giving two servings across the day if I really want, or I could have a piece of fruit with half a wrap at lunch time.
Need to work on new snacks, maybe some sweet potato slices and bits of chicken making it a little more savoury and filling.
I will try a few things out.

Starting to get back on track now after being ill. Need to work on my cooking a little more and balancing things out but its getting better slowly.
Breakfast was epic this morning, get rid of the pork chipolatas and replace them with some turkey or chicken would've been great. Maybe get rid of the meat all together and stick with egg whites and muesli.
Lunch was great but could've easily ditched the sweet chilli. Very filling lunch with a banana on the side for some carbohydrate intake.
Evening meal was amazing, could've knocked down portion size slightly but I enjoyed it.
Overall, decent day for food for me.
