New Year, new goals. Wanna drop to 210 by March and 200 my May (birthday month). Will attempt to do a ZigZag diet to keep the body guessing. Also will gradually increase the miles I walk from 2 to 3 starting this month and increasing a mile every month until i hit 6 miles comfortably. Also I would love to have my protein intake between 100-130g a day to complement the small weight lifting routine I am incorporating to change it up a bit.
This is gonna take my commitment to get the body I want to the next level, it’s gonna require an insane amount of discipline from my part but I hope that through sheer determination, this app, family and friends I will be able to achieve my goals of a healthy weight (for my age/height) and just an overall better way of life. Starting to use the app again to track all meals. Hopefully I will be able to continue this year and do what i gotta do to lose and maintain the weight.

This journey is not without its ups and downs. I have officially plateau! I am going to be looking into ways of changing my diet, which is still less than 1800 calories and now I have increased my daily walks from 2 miles to 3 miles a day 6 days a week. If anyone got any advice on how to beat this I am all ears :)

Just got back from Walmart, bought me 2 pairs of jeans size 36, last time I wore 36 it was almost 20yrs ago. Just the fuel I needed to continue my journey towards a new me. Have a great weekend and keep moving up!

Another weekend. Weight myself, down a couple of lbs. Zig zag method works. Still walking 2 miles a day and added 30 mins of weight training at least daily. Hardest problem for me is eating enough protein. Im looking for ways to increase intake and keep my caloric limit. Let’s do this my friends, keep at it!
