I cheted big time this weekend, went to Cici's and had some pizza, but even though I cheated, I really don't feel too guilty because I didn't eat as much as I normally would have..; I stuffed myself with salad first, and THEN had some pizza, which wasn't too much.. Then on Sunday I had Chinese, but again, I chose steamed rice which is a lot better than fried... But this week I am back on this!! I am ready to reach the 15 lb mark and I am only 3 lbs away!!!! I got the new Tae Bo videos, and omg they are killer!!! The Fat Blasting Cardio had me sweating like a pig yesterday!! LOL, and that's without the "Billy Bands" they use!

Whats up fellow Fat Smashers!! Today is Day 19 on the diet and I have been doing pretty well.. I have to admit, I have a bite here and there of foods I am not supposed to have but that for me, prevents me from an all out cheating session.. Anyway, this morning I had a banana for breakfast.. I didnt pack anything because I was running late, so for a snack I had a Slim Fast (?) I guess that's better than other stuff.. And then for lunch I had two grilled chicken tacos with lettuce and tomatoe and a tiny dab of sour cream and a tiny pinch of shredded cheese.. Later on I will eat an orange for a snack and probably have some brown rice and veggies for dinner... I am happy because Ive gotten some compliments from friends and co workers, and wow that is a big boost to continue on!! The hardest part for me is the weekends, when I am "free" to go out and do what I want.. But I have been sticking to this for almost a month now and I am still very motivated.. Ive noticed that I'm kinda plateuing on my weight loss already so, I ordered some new Tae Bo videos, Ive been doing just the "get Celebrity Fit Sculpt" video.. The new ones are a cardio one and a "fat blasting" one so hopefully those will change up my routine and give me the boost I need.. I will weigh in this Sunday, I hope to see some change.. Hey everyone! Today is Day 17 on the FSD. I am very content with the results so far. I've been feeling like bloated though sometimes, when I have a lot of fruit, and its so uncomfortable.. Has anyone else experienced this?? And what can you do to help it? I can't wait to weigh in on Sunday, but am a little scared.. I know the weight isn't coming off as fast.. I can't wait to hit the 20 lb mark!! Ill check back in later

Hey everyone! Today is Day 15 of the FS Diet. I weighed in yesterday, Sunday, and I have lost a total of 10 lbs so far!! I am super excited, but I am getting really bored with what I am eating.. Ive been eating A LOT of salads, and fruits. That's mostly all I have ate since starting this, and I need some variety.. I tried to make the brown rice but didn't like it. I will try again this week, any ideas for the rice?? What about other easy to make recipes for Phase 1?? .... It doesn't look to me as if I've lost the 10 lbs, but I guess the scales don't lie, huh?! And I am going to try my hardest to stop that weighing in nearly every day, that gets frustrating sometimes.. I will weigh in every Sunday.. Anyway, hope to hear from you guys soon!! :)
