Just found this website - let's see if it can help keep me on track.

Don't have a lot to say except that I WANT to lose weight. But it's really not a lack of WANT, it is a lack of MOTIVATION. I have no motivation over anything anymore.

I am a single mom with two kids who live with me 50% of the time, I have a great job that I love, but I can't seem to get me on track to lose weight.

I am sure some of you are commenting about having to take care of myself so I will be around for the kids. I know this. It is not a lack of mental motivation. It is a lack of physical motivation and time. I attempt to get up early in the morning to work out and it just doesn't seem to happen. By the time I get home at night - I am either heading out to a work engagement, a social engagement, a sporting event for one or both of the kids or finally, getting around to cleaning the house and don't get a chance to work out.

I think what I really need is encouragement. I don't need a regurgitation of how you have to find the time or if you really wanted it, you would find the way. This I know - I would love someone just to say - you can do this on occasion.
