oh man.. i thought salads were good for you! i went to dangelos and got a chicken ceaser and calculated it after from the online nutrition facts, and it was 13 pts! for a salad!!! but that was calculated with the full fat dressing and i ordered the fat free kind.. or so they say. so i calculated the nutrition facts for just the full fat dressing and it said 12 pts, it must be wrong. So does anybody have an idea of how many pts it actually is?

Today I started off pretty well.. went to the gym. came home to find out that somebody had bought some ice cream again, needless to say I had two bowls :( but tomorrow will be better.
I'm really excited because I just bought this watch from amazon and it tells you your heart rate, calories burned and you can put in how many you ate. its pink too!! I think it will really help me make sure my heart rate is up and I'm getting a good workout because the ones on the machines don't always work. Its coming in on Monday, i cant wait!!

This sucks!! I'm losing motivation and I'm soo sick of eating the same food all the time. :(

started off today with some lower sugar oatmeal, for lunch i had some whole wheat pasta with light Alfredo sauce. For dinner i went out to a restaurant called healthy grille. I had half of my quesadilla meal with a pasta salad. Went to Friendly's for dessert and i had fat free vanilla frozen yogurt (kids size) with the peanut butter sauce (ekk) and ate the rest of my left overs and some more ice cream that was calling my name in the freezer.(small bowl) I think i should have saved the leftovers for tomorrow considering i had ice cream again after. But after all that I'm not feeling too guilty.I know i went over my pts range today, but the foods that i did go over with were either cooked healthier than normal or i had a smaller portion than i would normally have, so i didn't go over as much as i normally would. I still think i lost weight this week, ill see on Monday.. kind of excited, i could hit 129 by then!
