I just came across this tool. I've used LoseIt for a long time and quite frankly I've gotten a little burned out with all the tracking and recording. I've stayed away from any tool except occasionally writing what I ate on my iPad or just plain paper.
I'm going to give the tracking method another try. This site seems simple enough. I'll see what the phone versions of this app look like.
The journal entry idea is pretty nice and it's the reason I chose it over others.
So November 14th, 2014 is the start of a new tracking phase.
I exercise quite frequently, I basically have my own gym at home so I rarely skip my training sessions. I walk at work and have setup my workstation so I can stand often.
My issue is of course food. Since I've stopped tracking I don't know how much I'm eating. So back to tracking it is.
