My kids breakfast vs mine 😂 Yesterday I was wayyyyyy too low on calories and my macros were all messed up so starting my day with protein, fiber and fat. Kinda wishing I could just eat a whole plate of those Dinosaur M and M waffles tho!

Not the most appealing picture but it sure tastes delish! Picked up some random noodles at our local Asian store and store fried then with cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, green onions, vegan oyster sauce, soy sauce and a little teriyaki!

The water weight is just dropping off now that I’ve been refocused and recharged! Gotta stay the course and my goal is to get to 145 by the end of the month. It’s supposed to the beautiful today so taking the kids and dogs on a walk to the park that’s 1.2 miles away! After that hoping for another workout at nap time, but we’ll see cause the bad sleep train is still chugging right along over here and I’m feeling super drained from being up all night with the baby 😭 I hope y’all are doing great though, and that you have a day that’s amazing as you are!

Homemade fish tacos with Greek yogurt slaw and of course habanero salsa 🔥 My neck is killing be so debating between a walk or some yoga after I get the kids to sleep! What are some of your go to neck/back pain remedies?

Spinach, mushroom and prosciutto omelette for breakfast ❤️ With a side of leftover potato wedges from last night! Gotta fuel up before taking the kids to the park!
