Again... no positive movement on the scale. No biggie considering the other tangible indicators of progress but frustrating none the less. Especially considering this is the longest span without any downward drop I'm had since getting back on the path. Oh plateau, how thou vexes me! It will come around eventually, simply frustrating at this point. Perhaps shifting the balance to a little more fat and adding more fiber (keeping net carbs pretty much were they are) might break the impasse.
Have a good day y'all. Keep to your plan, don't put too much focus on that silly number on the scale and keep focused on things that are important.

Another day down and feel I've fully adapted to the 16:8 IF thing. No real effort to do so as it fits the pattern of my daily life well and adds that little extra bit of discipline in my head not to reach for something to eat after 7pm.
Not seeing any impact from a weight loss standpoint but I'm sure that will come with time. I think doing the OMAD thing on the weekends is going to work as well. Trying to take a few days off from the office and make this coming weekend a long 3 1/2 day one so going to find out how I do with OMAD for that time period.
Ate off script a bit today with a coke zero and a light pea, corn, and chicken soup. Not going to skip home made yumminess especially when its pretty healthy. :D
Hopping to finally see some movement on the troll scale tomorrow. Until then, here is wishing everyone a good and relaxing evening.

Troll scale reading everything from 312 to 316 this morning, so going to call it just keeping steady. Not what I want to see (looking for some drops) but going to stay the course for a while longer before adjusting anything. I know I have to start adding in consistent exercise and still trying to shape my day so I don’t give up any sleep to get it done.
I’ll figure it out but as you all know apparent plateau’s are frustrating to work through especially after a period of solid and steady loses.
Time for a cuppa tea before the day really gets going. Have a good day everyone. Resist temptation and keep your eye on prize.

Made it thought the day and feeling mucho better. Don't know if it can really be attributed to the change in the what I'm eating but the RA flairup has, or at least seems to have, faded much faster than than previous occurrences. Before wouldn't be uncommon to lose 2 or even 3 full days. So yay lifestyle changes! 900-1000 cal days are still feeling fine and hitting new macro targets of 60F/30P/10C consistently. Hopefully will see some positive change in the scale soon. :P Happy with the progress thus far but greedy and would like to see more before I tick past the 51 mark. Gotta work on getting more sleep in per night, I know that is also a factor in how much progress is made.

Surprisingly no real upward movement on the scale despite the extra intake yesterday. Feeling somewhat better this morning, less like having been run over by multiple trains so it seems the flair up is receding. Still feel like I have 'mickey mouse hands'.. puffy and stiff.. but overall not bad. It was good to see that though I fell into the eating because I hurt loop, habits about what to eat stuck well. Don't have anything put together for lunch meal so just going to grab some boiled eggs and some salt. Keeping to the higher intake of fats (mostly related to MCT oil)
Time to get the day started. Go out and moved yourself just a little be closer to your goal while you enjoy the day!
