Flax meal hot cereal is not all that low in carbs. Going to have to find a lower carb breakfast that isn't eggs.

So far, so good. Looking for foods to eat is taking a lot of my time. Guess I wasn't as prepared as I thought. Oh well, where there's a will there's a way. :)

OK, today is day #1. No looking back. I never really thought about my weight before. I never really had a problem before. We moved from my hometown, family & friends 4 years ago & that is when I started gaining weight. Now about 35-40 pounds overweight I am not comfortable in my own skin. The pounds or the size of my pants isn't as important to me as my self esteem & confidence. I
have to
be comfortable in my skin.
Even though I never really dieted before, I know this won't be too hard. I didn't have a problem not eating wheat for those 8 weeks. I started eating wheat again just to see if it truly was making a difference. I can say I had more energy. And the weird thing is that when I wasn't eating wheat, I would remember my dreams. Sometimes all of them & sometimes just pieces of them.
Good luck to me & to everyone else just looking to fit into their skin. <3
