I went shopping all day today. The weather is quite warm in minnesota today. Had a brunch consisting of chinese food, but I didn't over stuff myself. Had 1 cup of spaghetti for dinner. I'm going to walk my 3 miles pretty quick here (maybe even 4). Tomorrow is weigh in day.

Walked 3 miles on the treadmill at 3. 400 calories, 125 fat calories. My foot hurts for some reason. My kids settled down a bit since the other day. Tomorrow is my Friday at work and then I get 3 days off.

Well I apparently lost the weight I gained from switching to WW so thats a plus. I will do my 2.3 miles after work today on the treadmill.
Breakfast:
lean cuisine potatoes,broccoli,and cheese (4)

I want to get my points down a little. I'm supposed to have 18-25 pts a day. Right now i'm 24-25. Going to walk 2.3 miles on the treadmill before bed tonite. Did pretty good at work today. I'm scared to weigh in on the 9th. I'm up but it was expected since i quit atkins and jumped to WW. My kids are driving me crazy. What else is new LOL.

low carb diet pizza(4)
