This morning, trying to undue the damage of yesterday, I started my day by drinking 20 oz of water as soon as I awoke. About 30 minutes later, I had my regular cup of coffee (organic stevia & coconut milk), then jumped on my Wii for a short run. I have hip problems, so walking can be painful, but I can run in place on my Wii with no problems. Before my run, I warmed up with 2 sets of step aerobics, 2 reps of ten steps on each leg using an 8 inch rise, and a 30 second plank. This may not seem like much, but for me, it's a pretty big deal.
I work as a nanny for a one year old, so my working day consists of a lot of lifting, bending, and stooping, but mostly playing from a sitting position. My goal is to begin each day with my short run just to get my metaboism going. Wish me luck!

Boy, did I screw Up today! By trying to do too much, I almost starved myself into binging this afternoon. My plan was to go vegetarian for three days. Needless to say, I didn't make it through the day. An hour after lunch, I was starving, and my leftover salad was about as appealing to me as a bowl of grass, so I cheated by eating dark chocolate pretzel chips! Then, when I got home, I hit the fridge hard and devoured rottiserie chicken with ranch dressing and baked beans!! Forget this vegetarian stuff! I'm going to stick with what I know works for me; counting calories and carbs!
