At least getting my water intake today and realising that putting pressure on myself about eating, drinking or exercising actually causes so much stress and really doesn’t help me. My aim this week is to eat as healthy as possible and just drink my water.

Last week I started fasting for 36 hours. Have had 3 rounds of the 36 hour fast including yesterday and in between have done a couple of 18/24hours. Feel so good body wise. Before starting I weighed 86.4kg and promised myself to only go back to the scale after 6 weeks(been tempted a couple of times though). So far noticed a belt that i had to puncture a whole in just to fit is now loose. Feeling changes in how clothes feel and that is really how i wanted to measure my progress in these few weeks.

Just had a salad, chicken breast and some avocado and followed it up with these crisps and I feel like I have just entered the gates of heaven. The crunch of the crisps is just adding a beautiful finally to my lunch. #its the crunch😋😌😍😍
