I had my 2nd Daughter 29th July 2013. Went up to 13st 7lbs. Since July 2013 I have started running and doing Weight Watchers. I have lost 3st 8lbs. I am now just under 10 St. My target is between 9st -9st 7lbs :) I love WW as I can eat whatever I want as long as I stick to my pro points. I love exercise and running. I also started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred :)

Well ate around 1400 calories yesterday. Its so easy to put on weight when u dont realize the calories u r consuming. I am loving this app and hopefully will keep me on track. xx

I think that once u realize how many calories u r actually consuming it helps to count and keep it under ur recommended 2000. I am going to aim for at least 1500 per day and do more sit ups and swimming x

Hi Starting My 1st Challenge today, goal is to get to 130lbs. Going on holiday to tenerife in May so hopefully I can do it xx
