I weighed in last night at church fitness group. I have LOST 12 lbs since last monday. This news gave me a new lease on life made me feel really good to see some progress. I was getting discouraged because I thought I would never see any progress. that means since I started documenting everything I eat I have lost 20 lbs total so far. I began this journey actually at 238 lbs. Found this site a week after at 230 lbs. You really never know how many calories you eat till it stares u in the face while documenting everything. Good luck to all who are in this weight losing boat!!!

Blew my calories tonight. :( disappointed!

I have been staying below 1754 calories for I feel better and still have some cravings. But my trainer at church told us on our healthy eating plan (he hates the word DIET) we can have one day a week to not count calories and give in to the cravings in a modest way. So maybe this weekend I will splurge on something I have been craving. I really want to lose this weight. My oldest daughter says "Mom, I can't imagine you at 150!" I said "Not since me and your dad were first married. I used to weight 115 when me and him started dating." She says "WOW". But I really don't want to get that low....not right now anyway. Maybe after I reach the first goal. But right now just Concentrating on getting below 200...then 175...then I will worry about 150. ONE DAY AT A TIME!!!
