The weekend was fantastic, not for my weight loss though....a lot of celebrations, I decided to let lose a bit especially after the let down I had last week.
After all that's said and done; decided to take time off the scale. Work hard and will revert back end August.
I'm sure my body state will have changed by then. :)

Hmmm...maybe I'll get my celebration on monday!!
Not getting my hopes up though this weight thing is too unpredictable at this stage, those days when I would be sure that I will lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time are long gone..
I think they call it plateau.. :(

So have I done enough to deserve a 101kg on the dot?.....ofcourse I'm goal driven and once I put my mind on something....I make it happen :)
Making it happen with : the stairs I have been taking(monday - friday I made sure atleast once I took the stairs to the 6th floor), making time to drink lots of water to assist me by detoxification, 1 1/2 fast days :), putting in that little bit extra at the gym..hhmmmm...I think I deserve it :)
Will have to wait till 11:00 at the gym.

UGRRRRRR...Fell short, but I blame it on this water retention that happens to women at "that time of the month" you know what I mean ladies..
I'll just round it off to the nearest 10..and whoalaa... :)

Here I was thinking it'll be better if I take 1 tablespoon of honey in my coffee instead of 2 teaspoons of brown sugar!!! NOT!!
Why is honey a better option to sugar if it has so much calories....HAIBO!
