No BP coffee this morning, instead fasted from 8 last night till noon today. Doing the 16/8 IF. But also sticking with LCHF for my meals. Hopefully I wont over stress my body... no doubt it will let me know?! Lunch was sausage patties, 2 cheese eggs w/avocado, 2 cream cheese pancakes, couple of Tbsp of whipping cream, a few strips of bacon and 1/4 c sugarfree syrup. About 4 hours later had 3 deviled eggs & a diet soda. Its 6:43 now, not the least bit hungry...might have a butterbeer with diet cream soda before 8 and call it a night! When I break my fast at noon tomorrow I will be having my BP coffee! I missed not having it today!

I lost 5 pounds last week and regained about 4?! November 5, went out of town for the weekend. For breakfast I just BP coffee, and around 2 o'clock that afternoon I had 4 honey mustard chicken wings at Buffalo Wild Wings!? When I arrived back home a couple hours later. I had a couple pork sausages with 2 cheese eggs and half an avocado. On November 6th I had BP coffee (decreasing my coconut oil by 2 Tbsp and adding grass fed butter instead of my regular butter)...in the early am, I had pork sausages, cheese eggs with a whole avocado around 9:30 that morning, a few hours later was feeling hungry??
Footnote:Been on BP coffee for 2 weeks and hadnt gotten hungry till late in the afternoon. But was hungry after a few hours after ingesting BP coffee w/grassfed butter instead of regular butter??
So then around 4:30 that afternoon still felt like I needed to eat again?? So I had sausage patties w/cheese eggs, no avocado, and a diet cream soda. Weighed yesterday morning and weighed 188, this morning I'm sitting on 185???
Will be monitoring how often I feel hungry since changing to grassfed butter? And will keep my coconut oil at 2 Tbsp instead of 4 Tbsp. Not sure if weight decrease was from lowering coconut oil amount, adding grassfed butter, or due to eating more frequently? Or a combination of the three???????? But definitely will be repeating the regiment!!!

Looks like this morning I've lost the 2#'s I gained a few days ago. Was sitting at 188 this morning. Today I've had BP coffee, about 4 hours later, before going to work I had a sausage patty, and 1 fried egg/w 1 slice of cheese. For dinner I made 2 sausage patties, 2 scrambled cheese eggs, and cream cheese pancakes! I am stuffed, so I wont be having anything else except my golden milk before bed. Which reminds me to only have 1 cup of golden milk tonight...must have entered REM sleep last night cause I had the weirdest dream...the freakin sun landed on earth?! Stills scratching my head on that....
Did get a 30 minute or so workout in this morning!!

Started a LCHF diet today! Today (Friday) was not good...felt a little jittery after the first few hours, but did not deter. Saturday was much easier as was sunday. Plus I was already down 2#'s. But today Monday, October 24th, I had gained back the 2#'s I'd previously lost?! Total bummer...had dinner last night, which consisted of (a hamburger patty made with regular ground beef, a few tomato slices, a slice of cheese, and oopsie bread). Later that night I made peanut butter fat bombs with just a Tbsp of honey added to the peanut butter mixture...apparently for me a no-no...So, today I've only had my cream cheese pancakes & a side of cheese eggs; for breakfast and dinner, plus a cup of almond/coconut milk, and sugarfree syrup. Now I'm totally paranoid to eat anything else, But not at all hungry! I also had my own "Bulletproof" coffee, which really helps me feel full for quite awhile. And I have that every morning before I eat anything.

Day 4 of LCHF. Had bulletproof coffee w/1 scoop of chia seeds first thing this morning. About 2 hrs later I had cream cheese pancakes, 2 scrambled eggs w/cheese, carb free syrup & and 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut milk. Had the same thing for dinner and about 3 liters total of water. Did not do my 30 min of yoga this morning, nor 200 squats this evening?! Note to self: GET YOUR BUT IN GEAR TOMORROW!!!! Sleep is not as steady as it had been before LCHF, but also having numerous hot flashes thru out the day & night...menopause or adjusting to LCHF?? No fat bombs this evening either :)
