Running- How do you get into it?! I went to a path in the woods with shades, with music, light clothes and Id run for like a min, catch my breath for like 10 then do it again, did this I think for like a mile (like 3-4 mins run in)...but didnt do it for the mile back because I was getting pains in my side and felt like I couldve
crapped
myself!! As soon as I got in my car and sat down n calmed down it went away...JEEZ!!! How did you guys build up to it?

So yeah, jumpin on the wagon again....ugh...itll never end!! So Im going to start small this time, nothing drastic that'll make me want to jump off. Plus school n work starts back up so I really cant fall off this time :)...maybe
Like today, I had a bowl of honey nuts cereal, been craving for cheese fries...so I'll get that and that'll be my lunch and Ill have brown rice/lemon fish/ and eggs for dinner. This should work right?
I thought of this because I was reading k8's "this is not a diet" and she included to eat what I wanted to because our body does need the fat, just in smaller portions. So if im craving it, I should get it, and just keep eating healthy for the rest of the day should help right>???

Okay, Well I did splurge a couple of times... today kinda hit me once again. I gotta get back on track, So I got home an hr ago and worked out right away lol. I felt disgusted with myself. I keep thinking to myself, why cant I do what I did the 1st time?! I did so well for like 2 months and lost almost 30lbs!! But now it seems like I cant do that for the life of me :(. I'll lose like 6 lbs, but gain it right back. Like now Im at 255...which is 3lbs off of when I started. Since what? June 1st? It shouldnt be like that! Is anyone out there who had the same problem as me?? What did you guys do to make it STICK?! :(. I need someone to follow me and slap the food out of my hand and push me to work out! Argh!

This week was kinda crazy, my big brother got married had a big buffet dinner, so I know I ate alot. Besides that I've been getting into my hobby; sewing. Which keeps me from eating all the time! Lol

Okay it’s been a busy week getting ready for my brother's wedding!! It’s on Friday the 13th...so typical of him lol. But it’s pretty bad ass! Anyways! Diet wise, I had a good diet day yesterday!!! Tonight my mom is making her noodles w/ chicken n olive oil, high in fat but some oils are needed! I’ve also been eating a boiled egg every morning like someone said I should for protein, it does seem to help. I picked up this treadmill from my old man’s house. It’s not even electrical, but it’s something. I figure I can do the treadmill on the days I don’t want to hit the gym and can walk while watching a movie…this counts right? Anyways, it’s still sitting my car and it’s been there since Thursday LOL. Yeah….slacking a bit.
Oh I’ve also been craving the fit and active pizza pepperoni puffs, ugh its sooo goooddd!!! Lol I had one for lunch and dinner yesterday! I’m getting addicted to them, which is good!! Weaning me off the crap food lol. I think that’s about all the updates I can do for now. I really hope I stick with this diet.
