Made the cashew butter a little too thin lol. I think I'll grind some more cashews and remix this.

Well, between the pizza and cheese sticks debacle and the stress and anxiety due to the MRI, my blood pressure is up. I'm out of ketosis and actually up 5 pounds. I'm not going to let this add to my stress!! I'm going to take time to do some extra meditation and "fat fast" again. I guess this was just a bad week. Everyone has them. It's just time to take a few deep breaths and start again. And if need be, again and again until I reach my goals....weight loss, decrease in stress and blood pressure and more mobility. Actually, it ALL STARTS WITH THE WEIGHT LOSS!! I CAN AND WILL DO THIS!!!!

I pulled, strained (?) my right lower back on June 3rd. It has really been a problem, can't do much walking. Finally, my doctor sent me, yesterday, for a MRI. As I'm VERY claustrophobic, this was traumatizing. Not to mention having to walk so far, parking lot and hospital hallways. Also had to take city transport. Very uncomfortable, small bus (small town lol), no shocks. No other passengers thank goodness. Anyway, long story longer, today I'm feeling a lot of pain, exhaustion and depression. And I have decided to just eat some comfort foods and rest. Tomorrow is another day, another way.
