Doing pretty good sticking to my diet - I'm having a "hungry week" for some reason, but I am doing well at sticking to the plan overall. I'm sure we'll see more progress over the next month.
I agreed to do a photo shoot in early October so I really want to lose at LEAST another 8-10 pounds over the next 2 months. I need to come up with a better cardio plan if I'm going to see that kind of weight loss continue. I will of course cut water weight before the shoot as well, but I want to lose about 8 pounds of mass as well. Wish me luck <3

Down a little today, but I am definitely carrying some food weight - if you catch my drift. I hope to be 134 by next Friday - so it is going to take a lot of effort to lose 1.8 pounds in one week. Going to shoot for 750-800 again today and another hour of tennis. <3

Just a little bit of belly bloat :) A simple high fiber / high protein day under 1000 calories + 600-700 burn did the trick.
You can only fight me for so long, body. I will win.

Not real weight gain - just bloated. Grossssss...
Need to do water and <500 calories for a couple of days until my digestive system gets sorted out. I REALLY want to be stable and under 135 in the next two weeks before photo shoot / visiting my best friend in Tucson.
So - lots of water, and two quest bars divvied up throughout the day.

Holding at 137 after a salty decision late at night - so very happy with the way this is going.
My friend told me today that I am getting too thin and that if I lose anymore, some of my feminine shape will go with it. At 5'10" my BMI is a 19.5, so I know that I am getting there, slowly but surely.
Feminine shape? Yuck.
"You are already starting to look like a skeleton. Don't lose anymore. That's just my advice to you as your friend."
They don't know that my ED hears, "You're doing great."
