Today I bought a smart watch. It has so many options that will help me with getting healthy again. I didn't want one but my husband really pushed for me to get one. He's worried about my health and wants me to have everything that can help. I'm looking forward to using it and I'm looking forward to getting on the scale tomorrow.

I can't believe I lost 800 grams. Weighed myself twice just to be sure. I was up 100 yesterday, salt I assumed, so I guess I lost the water retention from yesterday and the weight from calorie reduction. I need to drink more. A lot more. I will try and be more mindful about it today. If the weather cooperates I'll go for a walk. Two different places have 2 different forecasts for today.

Mondays are milk day. A farmer drops of 5 liters of fresh milk for me every week. I process it and let all the fat rise to the top and skim it off (Need to lower LDL). I use that milk all week for my coffee, yogurt and kefir. While I'm waiting for him I'll cook my dinner and plan dinners for the week. Easier for me to stick to a shopping list that way. Charging up my smartwatch to count my steps and hoping it doesn't rain before I go for my walk.
