I have got to find a better breakfast for Wednesdays when I meet with my colleague before I get to the office. There is nothing at the coffee shop that would be an appropriate meal. The things that have the most protein are the breakfast burritos, but the company that makes them does not provide nutritional information. How is that possible that they can sell the food and not tell you the nutritional value? They do provide the ingredients, of course, but that's it. Might have to bring my own! *sigh*

Well, at least I don't have to focus on 'getting my relationship back on track' ... we broke up on Sunday. So I'm just taking care of myself, dealing with the grief of the loss, and moving forward. I haven't binged at all ... mostly, the challenge has been eating ENOUGH. I'm sticking with my workouts -- my body needs the endorphins -- and surprisingly, did not bonk yesterday, even though I hardly ate anything all day (compared to what I am used to eating on workout days). I'm feeling better each day, but haven't logged that much food. Will start again tomorrow. :)

Woo-hoo! Another 4 pounds gone. More impressive was the improvement in body fat % -- I am now at 29.7%, officially in the 'acceptable' range and out of 'unhealthy'. My trainer said I made great progress -- I lost 1% from Aug to Sep, but almost 2% from Sep to Oct!
I want to know what would be a healthy body fat % for a woman my age (41) and height (5'5") ... after the Nov weigh-in, I will probably set a % as a goal instead of a weight number.
Measurements:
Neck: 13.25 (down .25)
Chest: 37 (no change)
Waist: 34.5 (down .5)
Hip: 37.75 (down .5)
Thigh: 21.75 (down .25)
Calf: 12 (down .25)
Upper Arm: 11.75 (down .25)
Forearm: 9.5 (no change)
Water intake for the day: 100+oz
Food: Had free meals today for lunch/dinner, so that's why there's not a lot of food entered for today. Chipotle burrito ... yummy! :)

Weigh-in & measuring is tomorrow! So excited to see the progress. Had to send 3 brand-new pieces of clothing back for exchange for a smaller size today. I *just* bought them a month ago, and hadn't worn them yet ... just got in under the 30-day return deadline, too. Amazing that they don't fit already. Can't wait to get the smaller ones!!
