Sorry I haven't been journaling consistently. I have been really busy. I am caught up for now though so I thought I would check in.

I worked in my flower beds all day Saturday and Sunday. They look so pretty but my whole body aches. I worked all kinds of muscles while shoveling, bending over all day, squatting down all day, ect....I hope the scale will reflect it.

I have been eating pretty well, but may have ate a little too much here and there. Not been keeping up with my calories, just guestimating. I need to buckle down and get a little more strict.

Still very anxious to hit the 160's. Maybe in the next week or so i can manage that.

Lots of ballgames and running around here to there and back and forth.

The addition to our house is almost complete. The painters are coming in the morning, and that's about it. It looks great!

That about sums it up. Hope you all are doing well!

I finally was able to weigh in. I am down 2.5 from the week, but that was after losing the 2 lbs I gained over the weekend. So, in all reality, my weight has not gone down since last Thursday. But I will take it.

My husband had his first softball game of the season last night. They won 23-9 and all hit awesome! I had several people comment on my weight. It was great to hear. One girl said "You look so great....you have lost weight, you look all tan, and your hair looks great too!" I have lost weight, I have been tanning, and I had my hair cut last week! lol. She was right on track!!

I have more confidence already even though I still want to lose about 20 more lbs. But a friend of mine invited me to come lay out with her at her pool and I actually agreed, and I am not even dreading it! that's a first in about 8 years!

Have I mentioned that I LOVE MY JOB! I have never been able to say that before. This is my second week staying with my husband's grandmother. I cook, clean, chit chat, and do all the assisting with getting up and down, potty time, getting in and out of bed, fixing her hair, ect...I was nervous going into this, but it has really turned out great.

I am doing great this week with eating and exercise. I have worked out 6 days in a row so far. Tomorrow I won't be able to. I will work until 4pm and then we will hit the road to head to south GA. So I will be in the car for 6 hours. No time for exercise. Maybe Friday I can. Saturday we are going to Jekyll Island and will walk on the beach and down the pier. So that will be a little movement. I just want to come home without a gain. I am so weak on trips. I tell myself I deserve a splurge, but then go way overboard. Maybe I can keep it under control.

I will journal when I get back Sunday. Have a great weekend everyone!

I have done very well eating the past 2 days, and also exercising everyday, so far 5 days in a row. Even when I splurged on food, i was getting outside and walking. So that is good.

I was down to 174 this morning! yay! I can almost taste the 160s!! This is the lowest I have weighed in over 7 years! My 14s are too big now! And I am comfortably wearing 12's! So happy. can't wait to ditch the 12's next and move on into my perfect 10's!! lol. I need to buy clothes, all my shirts are too big but I don't want to buy any yet. I want to wait until I reach my next goal of 160.

Only 2 more days until my trip to see my family. Cannot wait! I need a little mini vacation. And a mama fix. I miss being around my mom so much. She is my ultimate best friend! I am always so sad when our visits end. But my daughter and I are taking our little mother/daughter trip when school gets out this summer, so I will get to be with her a whole week. No boys allowed! lol.
