Got a bit stuck. Had a death in the family and got off balance a while BUT still hanging in there!!!
Working continually with pushing water (8 8oz glasses a day)
Activity up (some form of exercise each day, whether it's gym, walking or cleaning projects)
Chewing slowly (counting chews and taking time between bites)
Calorie deficit (was off balance but stabilized myself again at 1200 per day)
Protein up (this can be challenging while staying in my calorie range)
It's going a lot slower lately but it's moving in the right direction at least!

Saw the doctor today. I'm down another 3lbs! I wish it could have been more. My activity is way up. I had a difficult time keeping my portions down and it was tough when I was in the mood to binge eat late at night. I managed to keep myself on the edge; I didn't plunge over the cliff but it was too difficult and I hate that feeling. At least I am going in the right direction, down. I hope to push through and get on a better balance. It's so difficult! But I want this. I want to change.

Back on balance after a couple of shaky days. Protein up. Activity way up from where I began. Calorie intake averaging around 1100-1200 per day. Watching carbs, eliminating junk. I have another weigh in at the doctor's office on Friday. Fingers crossed I've come down a little more. I still can't feel a difference but energy is on another level from when I started. I've been afraid I'll mess up and get way off balance but I've held fairly steady, although with some bumps along the way in terms of sticking to the diet and not binge eating.
