This is a great idea and really got me thinking as to why I want to loose this weight once and for all.
10. my nieces will be able to put their arms around me
9. won't be so uncomfortable with my own body
8. enjoy looking at myself in the mirror again
7. I don't want to be known as the 'big' sister anymore
6. have my knees not hurt so much
5. my overall self esteem
4. have my son be proud of my accomplishment as much as I am
3. lower my risk of other diseases
2. look great in a bathing suit again
and the #1 reason I want to loose weight and feel great...
1. I want to feel attractive again!
I know that my husband still feels that I am attractive, but I just don't feel it...you may know what I mean.
After my recent trip with my family and feeling like none of my clothes fit (because they didn't) and that everyone was looking at me as if saying....why does she think she can get away with wearing 'that' I have decided enough is enough.
I have done it before through a program called Herbal Magic but this time I want to do it without spending a fortune.
My hope is when I go to Boston for the first time in September, I will be half way to my goal! Am I being too optomistic?
I think I knkow where I went wrong last time...some advice I recieved before that I will be following to a "T" this time...as you loose weight, get rid of your "fat" clothes. Also, don't wear clothes with elastic waists all the time either. That way, when your clothes start feeling tight, you know it is time to look at what you are eating again...is it time to start walking more? As soon as my clothes start feeling loose, it is time to shop and buy something smaller...that will feel great and I can't wait!!!!!

I had trouble yesterday recording everything I ate. Part of it was my computer and connection and part was...I just forgot. I have downloaded the fatsecret application for my blackberry but it is not working correctly and it keeps telling me that my password and user id is incorrect. I have sent a message & I hope I can use it soon.

My goal is to achieve a weight of 140 pounds within one year. This should be a healthy weight for my height and frame size. How will I achieve this, a combination of healthy eating an exercise.
One part of my regiem will include a gluten free diet. This is not because it is the popular thing to do, the fad of low carb, no carb but out of necessity. My husband has celiac disease so all the foods prepared in my home follow that diet.
