I am back on track and today. I am starting induction again, this time with no diet soda content. I think I kicked the habit. Also I am going to reduce my cheese and salt intake, which means I have to find alternative meats besides bacon and sausage for brkfst. I am not going to let my team down. I already did 20 min. of cardio and plan on 20 more later to get babu going. :) This is going to be great motivation for me.
I have a terrible headache after today, mainly because I didn't cheat at all. I'm having cravings also but that is to be expected. Hope tomorrow is better. I have to work so I won't be on til after 6 pm.

I took a 3 day vacation from atkins. Tomorrow is a new day and also the start of our new challenge. I'm going to do induction again as best I can and start excercising again. I have been really slacking AGAIN. The good news is I haven't had a diet soda since Monday! I did however have a diet lipton tea. Yay Me! I'm hoping for some motivation from this new challenge. It will be fun. Tomorrow I have to weigh in again for it. Later all.

I went about 40 over my carbs today. Hopefully it doesn't show on the scale tomorrow, but it never gave me a break b4. On the good side though I didn't have any caffeine today. So we're even. hehe. I'm going to try real hard tomorrow. I felt very tired today from the no caffeine. Also I think this time of year gets me depressed. I have cabin fever, BAD!

I really need to cut out pop. I drink way to much of it. I'd say about 5 cans a day. :( I don't want to give up ALL my treats. My mom said even diet pop makes you fat and they make it addicting. Starting tomorrow i'm really going to try. I'll probably have a killer headache. Oh ya and she said caffeine may be why i'm so irratable and stressed. I think its just the weather though. It was snowing here today. :( I kept telling everyone merry christmas today. HeHe. I also need to catch my tummy up with the rest of my body. It is now the biggest thing on me I believe. I've been trying to add sit ups into my excercise schedule to make it more of a habit so I'll just do them without really thinking about it. Kind of like the treadmill although i've been slacking on that to. Oh well. To make a long story short I need to kick it up in high gear! Sheesh.

Today I felt like snacking. I may have gone over my carbs a little and had to many calories, but at least everything was atkins friendly that I ate. HeHe. The scale said 136 this morning, so I recorded it. I started crunches last night before bed. Maybe that will speed things up. This morning I woke up late and almost was late for work. That hardly ever happens. I don't know what is up with my face. Its just broke out. I think it may be stress related.
