Resetting again.
Gov webpage, to recalculate, what I need to do based on current weight, activity. etc. https://www.niddk.nih.gov/bwp
1. Figure out how to reset FS to daily 1400 kcal to display the right macros.
2. Do not feel defeated by successful journals. As I online shopped to distract myself. I'm still adding the bigger sizes in the cart in case I fail again w\the thought that it's easier to have clothes taken in.
3. Do not get sidetracked by food.
4. Focus on the commitment phase.
5. Journal everything I eat. I want to secretly eat.
6. Take pics ingredients, relearn to eyeball correct portions.
7. Get out from this rut before fall is here and all I want to do is eat & hibernate.
8. Stop procrastinating. Don't feed the child.
When I only eat veggies & healthy proteins, there a void gnawing in my gut.
Still able to manage habits. I'm told the urges will never go away. I believe it. I believe it can be changed.. I worked so hard to make a clean break that I will never fall off that wagon.
Now if I can only apply the same principle to food. But, it's not like I can just not eat ever again.
A real story, a funny story, not so funny haha. A doctor says to a friend of mine, when talking about healthy eating. Doc says to friend, if it taste good spit it out. It just goes to show how distorted our way of thinking is when it's applied to food. This is coming from a doctor.

Broke fast at 11am. Brain & body need to adjust to new schedule. Brain says, where's the coffee, stomach says I don't want blk coffee. Brain says, you can't have cream or coffee-mate. Spent 1/2 hr. overthinking & planning my day.
Today is deep computer day, No distractions. Have to get hubs out of the house for a few hours. Hope he's up for a walk.
This is my first venture in the social media world. Which is why I put my foot in my mouth more often than not. Lots of TMI.
I miss face to face in person interactions, reading body language & facial expressions. Who has time to schedule & set up zoom unless for work.

I was trying to reset my RDI and messed up my settings. Lost a day of food entry. So technically I am already eating the RDI recommended by my nutritionist. Not.😅

Good morning.
8am here. I'm usually having coffee & breakfast. I'm changing my schedule based on the nutritionist's recommendations. She has lowered my kcal intake and delayed my first meal as we discussed TRE. Was already challenged at 2000 following FS calculations. She telling me for my own good. Better to listen. Next my 1st followup with Endo. She's going cut my overall carb intake. I have to put in a belt & tighten it. I've been living in athleisure wear for awhile now. Saves time from having to figure out which of the 3 sizes I need to pull from my closet.
Off to first appointment. Have a great day everyone.
