Just wanting to journal this and move on. I think I try to sabotage my weigh ins. Yesterday was Christmas dinner with the in laws. Well, I did great for breakfast. Couple eggs with a little salsa and a couple sausages in maybe a tablespoon of sf syrup. Then at dinner I had chicken tortilla soup with tortillas on the side. I'd assume 10g carbs were consumed.
Then the whole night derailed, I drank 1/4 of a large mango a go go jamba juice (after trying to get BPC and the stupid shop said they wouldn't use hwc as a base because they "dont do that")... I was so annoyed. I could justify the carbs in the jamba I shared with my honey so I was not impressed by my choice but it wasn't the end of the game.
We then opted to go see the new Aquaman movie. It was wonderful. Butttttt.... I ate like a huge amount of popcorn and 80% of a share size bag of sour skittles.
Damn it. I fasted for about 12 hours then had to have a heavy cream latte and a meat and cheese snack. I was getting cranky as all get out. Then I had a steak, spinich, and zuchini dinner. Healthy day but I hope I didn't do something that is going to discourage me at tomorrow's weigh in.
Here's to Christmas Eve and getting back on track! December 24th is my 3month LCHF/KETO Anniversary. ❤

I've been really pushing my limits again. Not necessarily cheating but really pushing it. I need to get back into the veggies again. I think I'm just hunting for convenience lately and its hurting me.
I spent Saturday completing on my horse and totally screwed my back up. After cleaning stalls and feeding I could hardly walk. I'm still in a bad place but I'm better than I was. Another downside to this is I had to take muscle relaxers and pain meds which totally mess with my stomach.
So, here I am one week from weigh in and I'm feeling extra icky with a bloated tummy and fracked up back. Here's to hoping this mornings BPC helps my tummy.

Feeling back on the ball lately. I recently wore a cardigan that was too tight in the arms a few months ago. It fit perfect! Also, I had a lot of bras (anything 32") that were killing me to wear back in September. They were pushing on my ribs so hard it felt like I was going to separate the connection from rib to spine. Well, this weekend I wore one and it didn't hurt me! Not at all. I'm wearing another today, while it's still a little tight its not painful at all! <3 I'm just beyond happy that I'm still feeling changes.

I've been slipping up a lot in the last week. Just pushing my limits since potato soup night. I've been feeling more hungry lately and I'm not sure what it is. Maybe the cold weather, or my birth control pills turn white on Sunday. This will be my first cycle since going Dirty-Lazy-Keto.
I'm dedicating starting today to get fully back on the band wagon. No more peppermint frozen yogurt or gluten free brownies. I need to remind myself that a treat is okay if I've planned for it but without planning I'm going to lose the progress I've made.
140's by the new year. I can do this. I know its only 2.2# but being back in the 140's will be so refreshing. I'm still going to keep pushing to reach 135 and hold it. I can do this! I can do this! I can do this!!!
