well hello everyone! I know I've been MIA for a little bit but I am back. I am at the same way just maintaining 165.4 but I want to start losing again. just vacation and having grandchildren coming to stay with you I lost track for a while. but I really want to stick to this. I want to tell you it was such an encouragement because I went to check back and to start doing my food again and I saw I had 37 supporters! I was so excited. thank you I'm going to start recording again everything I eat it really does help. I have been mindful just not as Vigilant as I should be.

I kind of fell off the wagon a little bit. I struggle when I have to go to a party or a holiday function. When I start to feel bad again about the sugar I eat or the way I look I realize I need to go back. I have learned that I have to forgive myself and to continue on my journey. It's much better to stall for a little bit and then take it back up again. Do you all have any pointers for parties and holiday functions? I really need help in this area back to logging back to being mindful
