My first day on the app and first day of mindful eating. I’ve always had a hard time eating more food so my daily goal is really the standard 2400 RDI and today I went over- I’m so proud of myself. My goal is to gain 20 lbs at 1/2 lb. a week- starting slow then will add on as it gets easier. I’m also starting the gym again soon.
Any tips for packing on the calories would be amazing- nuts are my best friend, and I’m going to get coconut milk for my smoothies since thats over 500 cal. a cup.
