I feel like I did pretty well overall this week. Still struggling with my food journal and getting enough water. Overall did better with food choices and getting water in... still need to work on both!
I wasn't certain I would see a change this week because I didn't get enough water about half of the days and I had two days w/a meal I didn't want to try and count up... might have been scary. I've also found that I'm not as easily tempted as I thought. The other day my son and Hubby had some cheese puffs with their dinner and I managed to just eat one small one to satisfy the salty fix and then I went on to healthier things... yeah for me!
I was grateful to see the lbs lost as I needed the motivation to continue this morning.

Ok... so I've started up again. Feel good today... a sense of accomplishment. I hope it carries over to tomorrow!
Racquetball was a great workout and fun today w/Hubby. Wish it wasn't such a drive and an easier thing to fit into our routine. If we did that every day he had off we would both be in better shape from it!
Gotta work on balancing out my daily points. Always seems to happen when I first start up w/WW again whether I do it at home or w/meetings. Need to find my groove... and enjoy a tiny bit of ice cream on those occasions when I have a few points to spare. :)
I need to work harder on my water intake, and I confess, I never get enough sleep at night and that is so important to help me be successful. With that thought in mind, off to bed I will go to get my beauty rest.
