Today will be my first da going all put to get fit and healthy. First goal: reach 125 then after reaching this goal I will shoot for the next goal. Goal two: maintain weight and tone up arms, stomach, and legs.
My original start weight was 168 and i had dropped to 135. I was working full time and walking for two hours ecery night after work. Didnt realize that my hours being cut back to prn was going to make me so lazy. I weighed myself Thursday and saw 148, thats when I realized I need to get my butt off the couch and get moving...its now or never.
Having sarcoidosis and being on steroids is going to make this a little harder than desired but im motivated and refuse to give up on myself! I will need all the support I can get 125 here I come!!!
