Haven't been paying any attention to diet, but I think I've lost about 20 lbs since spring. So I'm going to start doing yoga, and eating low carb.

Can't seem to get back on track. I'm going to try limiting carbs and not drinking anymore.

This is the start of a brand-new day. I am starting over and I have some help this time. I did some research and a medication that I take apparently causes weight gain. So I am stopping the medication and switching to another one that does not. I am also starting the medication Meridia tomorrow, which is supposed to suppress appetite. I have read a lot about it and I understand the risks, I am going to try it for a month and see how it goes. I'm checking in with my doctor in a month and that's how long he wrote the prescription for, so we'll see. I'm hoping that all of this medication changing isn't going to affect me badly. Right now I feel GREAT because I didn't take that medication last night and it makes me feel very groggy and sleepy most of the time. So I feel wonderful that I didn't take it. I'm waiting to hear from my doctor about safely switching to the other medication.
This is an exciting new journey and I am looking forward to seeing what life brings next!!

I haven't been keeping up with counting my points lately but I am determined with entering the holiday season to do better. I don't want to lose control and eat a bunch of sweets this year so I have decided not to bake for my family like I usually do. I think it's better to not have those foods in the house because I KNOW I will snack on the cookies and breads that I am not allowed to have.
I also am planning to start going to bed earlier and waking up at 6:30 to go to the gym for some treadmillin' before work. If I get up at 6:30 I can be done with the gym and home by 7:15 which gives me time for a shower and doing all of my morning chores before work. I also want to start taking yoga again, I really enjoyed that and Pilates and they make me feel SO good.
