Today I am not motivated to go into the gym. But I am writing this to let others know this journey is never about having the drive to go workout every day. It's about having the discipline to stay in the routine of doing it anyway. I really wanna go to sleep right now. But that is easy. Waist size 32 in jeans is really loose on me now. I worked so hard to get here and size 30 here I come. I workout 2 to 3 hours a night for 4 nights a week. I am so excited about the results I keep experiencing. it's hard work but I am so driven to reach my goal of a fully completed healthier me. I will see you all at the top. I change the weight so people notice but I don't check the scale anymore because I am starting to gain more muscle now.

Once you reach a certain level of weight lifting you find out you continue to get lean even if weight-loss does not occur. It has been hard changing my diet and what I eat daily. But I did it, despite having children who love sugar. I go by my waist size now. And I continue to loose inches. And now weight-loss over the last 6 months has become my new passion. Have an amazing workout friends! I went from a 38 to a size 32 in pants. We can all do this!

I decided to no longer look at the scale anymore. My jean size keeps going down. I took a week off from the gym. It is always hard to get back to any routine but I refuse to quit my goals. I hope you all have an amazing workout tonight or today. I am doing 2 hours of weight training tonight. As tired as I am, I cannot quit on my long term weightloss goal. ##noexcusesjustdiscipline

The scale barely moves, but my pants size went to 32 and still dropping. I learned to workout for 2 hours, then rest for 24 hours. This has been huge in my path to success. Remember that the scale is only the first part. Your waste and how your clothes fit is the key to monitoring your real progress. I wish you all an incredible day today and amazing workout tonight!
