Moving on down, feeling good about my progress. Had a few NSVs this week. Young lady was selling donuts for her school, bought them for the family because I am a supporter and took them directly to DD. Her sons play ball so they can run off those calories. Good deed, good feeling. Last year when I bought donuts from her I ate two of them before taking the rest to DD. Clothes are a looser. Got a couple of smaller size things. Can wear my rings on different fingers. Small stuff but still motivators.
Did my IF and LC all week, worked with my weights five days. I usually do the seven days but after reading an article on MSN health I decided to have two days rest from them. Not that I ever overworked on them!
Beautiful day, might just get some deck time in while soaking up a bit of vitamin D!

Bodaciousbleeyes, I also wanted to say I have so far to go but I'm really working at it. Time will tell the tale. I struggle with the time, patience and diligence but it is a lot easier with my current plan.
