Well, Happy 4th to all of you!!! Today, being my personal Independence Day... I finally weighed in! It's nice to get it on record, and I already knew it wasn't going to be easy... 157... yikes! Well, considering all the stress of the last couple of months... not to mention the worst attitude about food, exercise and my body... I guess it's fixable! That's the most positive thing I can say at this point.

I tad disappointed in myself...but turning the corner and headed back in the downward direction as of today! Today is a brand new day, and I am back in full force!

Good for you, Paula....you will do just fine....you are such a strong, formidable woman. I agree that the past two months have been most difficult. Hoping that when you and hubby go on vacation that you can get some well-deserved rest and able to de-stress completely. Know that when your youngest goes off to college you will again have a bit of a challenge...but by then you will be well on your road to recovery!

Of course it's fixable. First step is the weigh-in. Sure, it sucks to see the gain, but learn from it and move along. You know what needs to be done. :)

I'm also worried about her....sent her a PM last night just to let her know she was missed and that I was thinking of her and her mom. I really hope nothing dire is going on with her mom...Stef is SO strong, but not sure she could handle a whole lot more.
