For the first week I did normal walking, weights, walking steps and it's helped that I've been repainting a huge home in the evenings. Drinking lots of water and being cautious of what I eat and how much I eat... making sure I don't over eat, just enough to feed my body the nutrients it need. Fruits, vegetables, meats... mostly.
