I'm afraid my almost nonexsistant weight loss for this week (.4 lbs) is due to all the crap i ate last weekend. I'm sure i drank an entire days worth of calories Saturday night...but the hangover that followed inspired me to quit drinking for a while, at least until i get this weight off. Last night i took a 'bootcamp conditioning' class at the gym, i barely made it through and it was definitley a dose of reality. I am NOT as fit as i thought i was. I decided to take that class twice a week for the next couple months and try and get my stamina up to where it needs to be.
