Another day, another pound. Staying on point really well this week! No cardio yesterday, just some resistance training. I think I'll do the same cardio I did on Monday and hit up the same trail I ran. Then I'll reward myself with a happy hour shot of Jameson. It's been a good, but draining week so far. I think a drink is just what the doctor ordered :)

AWESOME way to kick it up and lose the "vacation" pounds! And THANKS so much for telling me last week - "The mirror trumps the scale" because I am seeing it now! Been doing DVDs that are circuit training cardio/strength stuff (NO burpees or mountain climbers yet - THANK YOU VERY MUCH) and things are rearranging! The scale ain't moving - but the rest is changing!

If something's been working for me, I'm more than happy to share it in the hopes that it can work for someone else as well! @lindsey - I think I'll have a double on the rocks muahahaha! After that, I'm sure I'll be buzzzing pretty darn well. I'm such a freakin cheap date these days haha.
