No weightloss this week, but that's ok. I can still feel changes happening in my body. I have started exercising again on a regular basis (zumba) and I love it. Today i started taking my measurements so that when i dont see the scale move, maybe my #'s on my body will be moving. That will keep me going. :) I did have two days this week when I needed some extra coffee and I think it might have been that which stalled my weightloss.
